Amanda Lorence – There is a natural balance and natural flow to the human being as a species. A balance and flow to all things. Infinite Microcosms of the Macrocosm. Each species, each solidified light existence be it a plant, molecule of water, star or galaxy has its role to play.
Within the human species, we too have a natural balance point which can be sustained with our awareness of our own selves and the choice made to embrace the ‘flow’ of all things.
In human form balance point is achieved by balancing out naturally, the amount of ‘linear’ time spent:
Meditating (in this present frequency and timeline)
When these components are not observed and in balance, when attention to the natural flow of our uniquely faceted existence is ignored, an imbalance begins. If sustained, the imbalance is felt firstly in our emotions, left unchecked it enters within the nervous system. If still uncorrected the energy solidifies to illness (dis-ease). So the first ‘prompt’ for unbalance is e-motion.
On Earth, the animal kingdom can be one of many, many great teachers. Observing animals in natural environments one sees that they naturally spend their existence in a ‘pattern/cycle’ of sorts. In this particular pattern (applicable to their species) they create their balance and in turn create balance for their pack/group/flock. Also to be noted, animal inner balance energetically affects the human being, balancing out for a period of time spent with the animals. Animals have a similar physical system to the human species BUT animals will NATURALLY sleep periodically, rest periodically, do periodically (forage and clean), share periodically (care for the group). In this periodic cycle and innate manner, animals achieve greater balance and in a sense, the ability to be present and in less ‘thought’ further assists their ability to be balanced inhabitants of Gaia.
In these time periods it is helpful to be the observer within rather than the over-thinker of the Human Mind. We are in time periods where the ability to overthink can led to detriment within and thus without. It is one thing to have a Mind; how it is used is another thing and that use is the responsibility of the keeper.
It is helpful to observe what one feels is ‘lacking’ in one’s ‘own’ natural balance within oneself (sleep, being, meditating, doing, sharing). It is in this gentle and loving observer mode that one is able to adjust in order to give the mental, the emotional and the physical what it is feeling a lack of. In truth there is no lack, there is only the experience of being in an energetic frequency away from a frequency we label as balance/zero point. To balance oneself gives out balanced energy to all things. Giving out energy from this balanced state assists the next person and the next and the next. We give out (energy) that which we are within, we attract (energy) that which we give out. Everything is energy. To become the observer of oneself and make the adjustments from within oneself creates the balance in this experience. Where not only does it serve the individual facet experiencing, but serves all experience for energy permeates. Energy flows regardless. All is reflection (as within so without). We experience here from that which we are or choose to be. There is a natural flow the mind resists until we choose to consciously tame the human mind. When we tame the loudness of the mind, it slowly begins to quieten and in that quieter state, we hear the heart. Thus, the human begins to create from the space…once more.
